Returns & Refunds

Infant formula is a food product and is subject to strict quality, safety and hygiene controls. For this reason, our returns policy reflects industry standards.

 

Change of Mind

Due to food safety and quality assurance requirements, we are unable to accept returns of infant formula products for change of mind. This includes unopened tins.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a fault or quality issue with your product, please contact our customer care team promptly. We may request:

  • Batch number (located on the base of the tin)
  • Photographs
  • Additional details to assist with our assessment

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened infant formula products unless the product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
