My baby has allergies, is it ok to feed Mumma's Choice infant formula to my child?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return infant formula if I change my mind?

Due to food safety and quality control requirements, we are unable to accept returns of infant formula products for change of mind. This includes unopened tins.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email (info@mummaschoice.com.au) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Are opened products eligible for return?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened infant formula products unless the product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law.

What if there is a quality issue with the product?

If you believe there is a fault or quality concern, please contact our customer care team immediately (care@mummaschoice.com.au). We may request additional information, including batch number and photographs, to assist in our assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
